Our ‘AI Buddy’ personalizes each hire’s onboarding journey by collecting documents, coordinating stakeholders, and answering questions automatically - so employees can keep moving while HR and other teams spend far less time chasing updates.
On the platform side, we focus on governance and measurable outcomes: time-to-productivity KPIs, compliance coverage with logged acknowledgments and tasks, and probation visibility through structured feedback milestones. We also design onboarding for every role and scenario, including pre-boarding, learning journey delivery, offboarding and handover, as well as high-volume frontline onboarding delivered through messaging (WhatsApp or web) without requiring a portal install.
WeekOne connects with existing tools (like Google Drive, Slack/Teams, and HRIS systems) so data can flow without re-entering information. We operate with a base in Germany and deliver locally across the MENA region, supported by a partner ecosystem for end-to-end onboarding delivery.
