Founder's Associate - Intern (f/m/x) (4-6 months)

We are looking for a founder’s associate intern to jump on a variety of projects (go-to-market, data analysis, processes) and bring parcel claiming for online shops into the 21st century - ownership and growth potential guaranteed!

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the full GTM journey, from pitch preparation to contract discussions and account management
• Shaping how claim.me is positioned and sold to online retailers
• Analyzing customer, product, and operational data, identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
• Improving internal processes and workflows
• Taking ownership of projects that help claim.me scale sustainably

This is what you need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• First hands-on experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is a huge plus
• Fluent German (C2 or equivalent-level) and English skills (C1/C2)
• A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility
• An analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, curious approach
