  • Strong proficiency with CAD tools, preferably Autodesk Inventor, including creation of detailed assemblies and manufacturing drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM systems; familiarity with Autodesk Vault is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of BOM structures, change control, and mechanical documentation for production.
  • Deep understanding of tolerance stacking for creation of high precision assemblies.
  • Leadership experience in guiding engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring project success.
  • Structured, delivery-focused working style, with the ability to balance technical quality and speed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in development of semiconductor process tools, vacuum technology or optical assemblies would be an advantage.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate shared understanding and team cohesion.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems creatively.
