Tasks
- You ensure a warm and professional experience for our guests and act as their first point of contact for questions and requests.
- You are responsible for setting up and clearing down the breakfast buffet and making sure there is always sufficient availability and a varied selection of food and drinks.
- You prepare simple cold dishes such as cheese and cold cut platters, salads, etc., as well as drinks, and provide information about ingredients or food components when needed.
- You support our Community Team with classic front office and reception tasks, including check-ins, check-outs and guest support.
Requirements
- You ideally have already gained some initial experience in hospitality, gastronomy or a similar field.
- Your open-minded personality and hands-on attitude help you learn and grow every day.
- Your passion for outstanding service is contagious, and you are a true team player.
- You have very good verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- You are willing to work early shifts and weekend shifts.
