About the Team
We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and experienced PLM Administrator (f/m/d) to join our special-projects rocketry team. Participate and improve our demanding prototyping efforts by implementing and organizing our PLM software. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating high-performance engineering solutions while keeping prototyping and production costs at an absolute minimum.

Your Tasks
- Be responsible for the development, implementation, optimization and maintenance of product data management (PDM) and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and database to improve productivity
- Support our engineers by maintaining product design documentation, including the release of BOMs and product data standardization
- Implement company standards and customizations; analyze and optimize process to maximize safety, quality, cost and delivery
- Submit documentation for review and approval and follow process to ensure procurement of prototype parts meets the requirements of the engineering departments
- Coordinate with engineering teams regarding configuration management and design standards requirements
- You will have oversight for the release of our PLM/PDM lifecycle and documentations like drawings, reports, BOMs or datasheets
- Support our team of designers in designing, verifying and reviewing digital models
Your Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with experience in engineering/production an advantage
- 5+ years experience with product lifecycle and product data management and relevant systems and technologies
- High degree of knowledge and experience in the architecture and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter with Active Workspace and integration with Siemens NX
- Experience driving adoption of CAD policies and procedures across the organization
- Experience in setting up and maintaining business level PLM server architecture
- Understanding of custom command creation inside NX (NXOpen with VB.Net) are considered as a plus
- Design experience with structural components using NX or another 3D CAD software an advantage
- Business fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
- Strong time management, team player attitude and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
