About your Tasks:
- Finance Business Partnering: Act as a key member of the German (matrix) management team, providing financial insights and guidance to steer both strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
- Driving Profitability: Analyze and track key financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and take ownership of initiatives that improve profitability and unit economics.
- Challenging the Business: Evaluate commercial initiatives through fact-based business cases, profitability analyses, and scenario modelling to steer sound decision-making.
- Data-Driven Planning & Reporting: Continuously enhance forecasting and planning processes by leveraging modern methodologies and technologies in a data-driven environment.
- Leadership: Lead and develop a FP&A analyst / controller, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and growth-oriented team culture.
About you:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A in a commercial, e-commerce or highly digital consumer-oriented environment
- Proven experience in senior business partnering, ideally with Commercial, Marketing or Country Management stakeholders. You are able to influence without authority
- Strong understanding of customer economics (e.g. CLV, marketing ROI) and forecasting.
- Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and expertise in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery) to structure complex problems and drive strategic insights
- Critical thinking skills to challenge assumptions and guide decision-making
- Communication & Presentation: strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share financial insights and influence decision-making across various stakeholders up to top management
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English.

About the role:
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will co-steer the financial performance as a trusted advisor to our largest and strategically very important market, Germany. You combine strong analytical capabilities with strong stakeholder management skills to co-steer a business that is rapidly scaling across both our Rx (prescription) and Non-Rx (1P and 3P) segments.
In this role, you will drive financial value creation across key commercial levers, enhancing transparency, steering performance and sustainable, long-term profitability in a dynamic, data-driven e-commerce environment.
