Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and ABAP
Strong grasp of SAP's AI direction — Joule, AI Foundation, Build Code
Real implementation track record with S/4HANA and ECC — not advisory, not slideware
Able to operate at both CIO and developer level without losing depth
