What you'll own

  • Build and run go-to-market from pipeline to close

  • Develop positioning that lands with CIOs, transformation leads, and SAP teams

  • Execute demand gen across content, events, partnerships, and outbound

  • Shape pricing, packaging, and expansion strategy with founders

  • Hire and build the growth team as we scale

What you need

  • 2+ years in B2B growth, demand gen, or GTM — ideally enterprise SaaS or consulting

  • Experience selling to or marketing to large enterprises

  • Track record of building pipeline that converts

  • Comfortable operating hands-on today and building a team tomorrow

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software

  • Network in the SAP or consulting space

  • Early growth hire experience
