We built portagon as a digital distribution platform for private capital markets - specifically for alternative investments in private markets. Our software enables efficient processes and smoother interaction between financial institutions and private investors, aiming to remove practical friction without losing compliance focus. We position portagon as an all-in-one solution: it supports investor onboarding and portfolio management workflows, offers an investment portal, and provides a digital marketplace that connects product providers with distribution partners.
Beyond transaction workflows, we also provide investor- and market-oriented insights through what we describe as 'Revenue Intelligence' and a 'Knowledge Hub'. On the product side, the homepage describes a 'Private Markets Depot' for centralized custody of private-market investments, with depot and cash visibility. We also highlight security and compliance features such as integrated KYC/AML for onboarding, GDPR alignment, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and secure hosting. Overall, our goal is to make access to alternative investments more reliable and transparent through standardized, end-to-end digital infrastructure for different market participants.
