(Junior) Product Manager - Carbon Management (m/f/x)

Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Deutschland (Hybrid)Vollzeit7h ago
As a (Junior) Product Manager, you will work alongside senior product leaders to support the development and continuous improvement of ESG-focused solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, UI/UX, and compliance experts—to ensure our products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

While prior understanding and knowledge of Carbon Management is considered a strong plus (CCF & PCF), we value curiosity, adaptability, and a strong interest in sustainability and digital product development as a foundation. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of product management experience who is ready to grow and take on more responsibility in a fast-evolving domain.

This position is based in Mannheim, Germany. We embrace a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week, offering a mix of face-to-face collaboration and remote flexibility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the development and rollout of solutions focused on Carbon Management aligned with international regulations.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and delivery teams to bring product features from concept to release.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
  • Help gather and prioritize customer feedback, market insights, and regulatory updates to inform product decisions.
  • Participate in product discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery tracking alongside senior product leaders.

Your Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with exposure to both discovery and delivery phases.
  • Comfortable working closely with software engineers and designers in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Carbon Management regulations is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered mindset.
  • Ability to work across teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level) is required for effective collaboration in our international environment.
