Thermal simulation of drives, electronics, and the overall system (FEM/CFD)
Developing cooling and heat-dissipation concepts
Deriving thermal requirements and derating strategies
Correlating simulations with test-bench measurements
Advising design on thermally optimized layouts
What we're looking for
Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, physics, or comparable
Experience in thermal simulation (e.g., Ansys, Star-CCM+, FloTHERM)
Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics
Experience with thermal measurement technology is a plus
Independent, precise way of working
