The Procurement team is responsible for sourcing for our new product development. It secures availability, cost, and quality of purchased scope and builds a high-performing supplier portfolio.
Your mission & challenges
You are responsible for project-related procurement for our new product and ensure the availability, cost, and quality of purchased scope.
Independently sourcing development and series scope (mechanics, electronics, systems)
Requests for quotation, offer comparison, negotiations, and award decisions
Building and maintaining a high-performing supplier portfolio together with SQD
Cost analyses, target costing, and savings initiatives within the project
Representing procurement on the project team, including schedule and risk management
What we're looking for
Degree in industrial engineering, business administration with a technical focus, or comparable
Experience in project/technical procurement, ideally automotive or mechanical engineering
Negotiation skills and confident presence with suppliers
Understanding of technical drawings and specifications
Fluent German and English
