Position: Zendesk Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$200/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Zendesk's AI agent in real-world applications.
- Provide insights to improve AI model outputs and enhance customer support experiences.
- Collaborate with teams to refine AI training data and ensure high-quality performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Develop strategies for optimizing AI agent deployment and usage.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience with Zendesk's AI agent.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven customer support systems.
