Position: Psychiatry Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130–$180/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Ongoing, reviewed monthly
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Psychiatry practice, including diagnostic formulation, medication management, and psychotherapy fidelity.
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to guide AI model training.
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to ensure alignment with evidence-based standards.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and outputs.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with project goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.
- Fellows who are board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current active, unrestricted medical license.
Start Date
- Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
Compensation & Legal
- Remote, 100% asynchronous.
- Paid weekly via Mercor.
