Position: Fluid Dynamics and Convection Stability Physicist (PhD)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 to 10 weeks
Commitment: 10 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate research-level physics problems in your subfield to enhance AI model reasoning.
- Design and solve complex problems, ensuring solutions are verifiable by specialists.
- Review and audit completed work to maintain high standards of model outputs.
- Collaborate asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
- Utilize LaTeX, Python, and Jupyter for problem-solving and documentation.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in fluid mechanics, applied mathematics, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field.
- Published work on convection stability specifically.
- Verifiable publication record with three to five representative papers.
- Working proficiency with LaTeX, Python, and Jupyter.
- English at B2 or above, including written reasoning.
