Aufgaben
- Own architectural decisions and drive the technical evolution of our backend stack
- Lead complex database and integration projects, including data modeling and migration strategies
- Design and build secure, scalable, and resilient microservices and APIs
- Define the technical approach for new features in close collaboration with product and other internal stakeholders
- Review code, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance across the team
Qualifikation
- 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with Go
- Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
- An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language)
- A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges
