Wealth Management is responsible for the management and profitable growth of the wealth management client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and manage long-term relationships with WM clients, driving acquisition, retention, and customer loyalty

  • Take overall responsibility for client satisfaction, portfolio profitability, and sustainable growth

  • Deliver comprehensive, personalized relationship management to maximize client value creation

  • Advise clients through tailored financial and investment strategies based on their goals, risk profile, and market conditions

  • Identify and address client needs through effective use of bank products and cross-selling opportunities

  • Expand client relationships by connecting clients to relevant areas across the bank

  • Grow the client portfolio through new client acquisition, increased share of wallet, and structured sales initiatives in collaboration with Investment Managers

  • Maintain high service quality standards and ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and regulatory requirements

  • Stay up to date with banking products and supervise related administrative and business management activities

Skills:

  • Bank training and / or academic training

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with (ultra) high net worth individuals and around 10 years of overall industry experience

  • Sales strength and goal orientation

  • High ability to communicate, good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships

  • Good knowledge of the framework of the local financial centre

  • Willingness to travel regionally

  • Readiness of mind, proactive attitude, clear structured working methods

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Performance orientation and assertiveness

  • Very good command of Dutch and English. Other languages will be added value.
