We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer (In-Office / Hybrid).

🎯 Your responsibilities

• Configure networking equipment, cameras, servers and whatever else is needed to onboard a new customer

• Support our customers during the setup and operation of the Cerrion Solution

• Support our development team with any infrastructure questions

• Monitor all our systems on-premises and in the cloud to ensure smooth operation

• Continuously improve processes and infrastructure

🛠 Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be willing (and able) to work in Zürich. Home-office is possible but office presence is expected

• Be able to work in a dynamic environment, where priorities shift rapidly sometimes and not every process is established & documented

• Communicate fluently in English (German and any other languages are a big plus)

• Be motivated to tackle problems as they arise

• Have a broad technical horizon and the motivation to learn new things

• Have solid knowledge of Networking concepts and Hardware

• Have solid Linux knowledge

• Have solid Docker knowledge

• Have solid Prometheus/Grafana knowledge

• Have solid Cloud and IaC knowledge

• Know enough Python to write scripts and internal tooling
