Head of Development & Operations – Swiss Real Estate Platform

We are recruiting the first senior hire to launch and scale a new real estate operating platform in Switzerland, backed by an established European private equity real estate fund.

The fund has successfully developed and operated alternative real estate platforms across Europe, notably in self-storage, and is now launching a new Swiss platform targeting SMEs and fast-growing businesses.

You will be responsible for translating the investment thesis into a concrete, operational and scalable business, covering strategy, development, operations and go-to-market.

Strategy & Platform Build

• In collaboration with the Operating partner, translate the fund’s investment thesis into a clear Swiss market strategy, define the rollout roadmap and launch the platform for scalability (processes, KPIs, economics)
  
• Coordinate with the real-estate development team business units design, construction and fit-out
  

• Design and implement operational processes (leasing, access, pricing, services)
  
• Select and deploy digital tools (leasing platforms, CRM, access control, billing)
  
• Build supplier and partner ecosystems (security, maintenance, services)
  
• Ensure assets are launched on time, on budget and fully operational
  
• Ensure Operations Compliance with Swiss local regulations & Risk management
  

Commercial & Go-to-Market

• Define tenant acquisition and pricing strategies
  
• Oversee local marketing and occupancy ramp-up
  
• Optimize customer experience, retention and operational efficiency
  

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main interface with the fund’s partners and investment team
  
• Report on development progress, performance and KPIsTake full ownership of the Swiss platform’s success
  
• Own Financial performance managing full P&L, revenues and cost controls, delivering sustainable growth
